Tyrone Thomas joins Doral Renewables as general counsel

Doral Renewables, a developer and operator of clean energy generation assets, has hired Tyrone Thomas (pictured) as its new general counsel. Thomas will oversee all legal and related activities of the company.

Tyrone has broad strategic and transactional experience within the renewable energy industry, having most recently served as both head of legal at Plus Power, and vice president and deputy general counsel at Invenergy.

Earlier in his career, Thomas practiced law at DLA Piper, Hanson Bridgett as well as Gould & Ratner.
