SpotOn Transact names its first general counsel
As reported by Bloomberg Law, SpotOn Transact, a software startup building a payments system for the struggling restaurant industry, named Michelle Howland Zmugg its first-ever general counsel.
According to her Linkedin profile, she joined the company in September 2020, when SpotOn raised $60 million in a Series C fundraising round.
Experienced attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry with focus on labor and employment, Zmugg most recently work at Lewis Brisbois, as a partner in the Employment Litigation Practice Group.
