Prada appoints Francesca Secondari as group general counsel
The Prada Group announces the appointment of Francesca Secondari to the role of Group General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, effective from May 2023.
Francesca Secondari is entrusted with responsibility for, Group’s Legal and Corporate Affairs Department as well as Compliance.
Francesca Secondari joins Prada Group from BonelliErede Law Firm where she became partner in 2019. She has an extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A transactions as well as in corporate governance matters with ESG focus. She spent her career working on major projects in the luxury sector, gaining an in-depth knowledge of the industry. With BonelliErede, she also carried out business development activities in Africa and the Middle East.
