Paris Dupree joins JPMorgan Chase & Co. as assistant general counsel
Paris Dupree has been appointed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. as vice president & assistant general counsel.
Dupree joins from Morgan Lewis & Bockius, where she served as an associate for almost 3 years. She advised clients on a variety of corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging growth company investments and transactional matters, private equity transactions, securities compliance, and corporate governance Prior to that she was an associate at Pepper Hamilton and Cooley. Earlier in her legal career, Dupree was government relations intern for the NCAA.
