Ogury, Emily Barfuss appointed as chief marketing officer
Ogury, a global personified advertising company, announces the appointment of Emily Barfuss (pictured) as chief marketing officer. With this role, the manager will globally strengthen the adoption of Ogury’s technology.
Barfuss has got extensive experience in developing international public and private companies with revenues in excess of $300 million.
In 2011, she began his career at the entertainment giant CBS Corporation, later joining advertising marketplace Index Exchange. There she became Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications, overseeing the brand relaunch and redefining strategy to support customer and partner initiatives and relationships. Most recently, Barfuss served as Chief Marketing Officer at Tremor International, a platform active in the video advertising and CTV marketplace, where she led the development and execution of global marketing strategy.
A highly successful top manager, Emily Barfuss has earned numerous awards: she was honored at the Cynopsis Top Women in Media Awards (2019), the Women in IT Advocate of the Year Awards (2019), and the Folio: Magazine Women of the Year Awards (2018).
At Ogury, she will lead the company’s strategic vision, overseeing and centralizing the management of the brand, field, and product marketing teams, as well as communications. She will report to Geoffroy Martin, CEO of Ogury, and serve on the management committee.
