As reported by Law.com, McDonald’s will hire its first-ever legal director for diversity, equality and inclusion in a push to advance its global work in the area.
For this position, the job description mentions a strategic leadership as the person has to work with the Global Labor and Employment Team and Cross-Functional teams on corporate strategic DEI projects and program and to identify, among other things, legal and related business trends and benchmarking in DEI and create strategies to advance McDonald’s goals and objectives in these areas
