Kim K.W. Rucker joins HP’s Board of Directors
Technology company, HP has announced the appointment of Kim K.W. Rucker (pictured) to its board of directors. Rucker is the former executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Andeavor, which was acquired by Marathon Petroleum in 2018.
Prior to joining Andeavor, Rucker served as executive vice president, corporate and legal affairs, general counsel and corporate secretary of Kraft Foods Group, where she led the legal, corporate affairs and government affairs functions. In 2008, Rucker served as senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer of Avon Products and assumed the corporate secretary position in 2009. From 2004 to 2008 Rucker served as senior vice president, corporate secretary and chief governance officer for Energy Future Holdings. She was also corporate counsel for Kimberly-Clark Corporation and a Partner in the corporate and securities group at the law firm of Sidley Austin.
Rucker is a member of the boards of directors for Lennox International and Celanese Corporation. Additionally, she is on the board of directors of Haven for Hope and a member of the board of trustees of Johns Hopkins Medicine.
