Kevin Silk joins Robinhood Markets as associate general counsel for M&A

Robinhood Markets has appointed Kevin Silk (pictured) as associate general counsel for M&A.

Silk shared the news of his appointment on a LinkedIn post saying: “I am excited to join Robinhood as an Assistant General Counsel – M&A! I look forward to working with my new colleagues and partners to further the mission of Robinhood to increase access to financial markets.”

Silk joins Robinhood from Covington & Burling, where he practiced in the firm’s corporate group. Prior to that, he was an associate with Crowell & Moring as well as Dechert.
