Kendall Isaac appointed as Clark University’s first ever general counsel
Clark University has found its first ever general counsel in Kendall Isaac (pictured) In addition to serving as the University’s chief legal officer, Isaac will assume the role of vice president, secretary of the University, and assistant secretary of the Board of Trustees. He will join Clark on October 15, 2021.
As a member of the senior leadership team, Isaac will be a close adviser to the administration. As assistant secretary to the Board of Trustees, Isaac will support the work of Clark’s member Board.
Isaac is currently the vice president, general counsel and assistant to the president for special initiatives at Dickinson College. Prior to that, he was the chief legal officer, chief HR officer and chief of staff at University System of Georgia, where he served for more that 4 years. Isaac was assistant professor of law and director of strategic planning at Appalachian School of Law. Isaac began his legal career in private law practice as an associate attorney after which he started his own firm.
