Kathleen Krak joins Blue Ridge Power as assistant general counsel
Blue Ridge Power, a full-service EPC company for solar projects in the United States, has appointed Kathleen Krak (pictured) as assistant general counsel.
Krak joins Blue Ridge from Shutts & Bowen, where she was partner for almost two decades. Her experience includes assisting commercial/construction parties with contract, regulatory and litigation matters. In addition to pro bono work litigating Hague International child abduction cases referred by the U.S. Department of State. Krak, a former prosecutor, has also been serving on Florida’s Electrical Contractor’s Licensing Board since 2014.
