Karl Fazio appointed as new general counsel of RunBuggy

RunBuggy, a technology platform that connects car shippers and haulers, has appointed Karl Fazio (pictured) as its new general counsel. This addition to the leadership team is a strategic part of the company’s growth plan.

Fazio joins the RunBuggy leadership team from Pearson Education, a multi-national learning and media company where he served as vice president and division counsel for the direct to consumer, technology, product development and marketing divisions. Prior to Pearson, Fazio served as associate general counsel for GoDaddy and as a litigation partner at Bowman and Brooke, where he acted as lead attorney at trial, mediations, arbitrations, and in settlement negotiations. Drafted appellate briefs and argued before appellate courts. He started his legal career as a trial and appellate attorney for the criminal prosecution agency of Pima County, Arizona. He later joined Sanders & Parks as a litigation attorney.

In addition to Mr. Fazio, RunBuggy has also announced the promotion of Jason Kong to SVP of Digital Platforms.
