Circle Internet Financial appoints Jeremy Gray as senior litigation counsel
Jeremy Gray (pictured), a 14-year veteran partner of Jones Day, joined Circle Financial’s legal team as a senior litigation counsel.
Gray took to LinkedIn and made the announced saying: “In a few weeks, I will be beginning a new adventure with Circle, where I will be working with another awesome group of people in Circle’s General Counsel’s office”.
Boston-based Cryptocurrency operator Circle Internet Financial is the principal operator of USDCoin, a stablecoin tied to the U.S. dollar. Circle Internet Financial is preparing to go public with a $9 billion valuation under the terms of a SPAC merger with Concord Acquisition Corp. When the deal closes, likely by the end of the year, Circle will trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
