The guard changes at Cantel Medical as Nodiff retires and Mann moves up
Cantel Medical Corp. says that Eric Nodiff, its general counsel, will retire at the end of the month 32 years of service to the company. Jeff Mann, his deputy in the photo above, has been promoted to senior VP, general counsel and secretary, effective August 1.
Nodiff informed the Board of Directors earlier this year that he will retire at the end of the Company’s fiscal year and the Board selected Mann as his successor. Mann joined Cantel in 2018 and has presided over the Little Falls, New Jersey-based medical devices company’s domestic commercial operations. In his new role, Mann will be responsible for oversight and supervision of all legal matters impacting the company. Before coming to Cantel, Mann was an in-house lawyer at Boston Scientific Corp.
“Eric has done a fantastic job serving Cantel for more than three decades with dedication and commitment. Throughout his tenure, Eric worked tirelessly for all of our stakeholders and in the best interest of Cantel. He leaves a more resilient company, positioning us well for the future,” said Charles M. Diker, chairman of the Cantel Board. “I also would like to congratulate Jeff on his appointment. I look forward to working with him in his new role to support the next phase of Cantel’s development..”
