Ferrara appointed Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Europe for Italy’s Enel fuel company

Giuseppe Ferrara (pictured) has been appointed Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Europe responsible for the Europe region for the Enel group, including all of its various subsidiaries.

In his new role, the lawuer, who has held positions of increasing responsibility in Enel since his entry in 1990, reports directly to the group general counsel Giulio Fazio and the Director of the European Region, Simone Mori.

Ferrara will coordinate all the legal offices and corporate secretaries, managing the legal activities of all companies of the various countries and of the initiatives that are carried out within the territory of his mandate (Romania, Russia, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia, Poland, Holland, etc..).
