Faris Elrabie appointed as first chief legal officer of Alpine Investors
Alpine Investors, a private equity firm that invests in software and services, has appointed Faris Elrabie (pictured) as their first chief legal officer. Based on his announcement on Linkedin, Elrabie shared that he will be “covering both General Counsel and strategic commercial initiatives”.
Joining Alpine Investors will be Elrabie’s first in-house role. He was previously a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where he served since 2013. Prior to that, he was an associate with Hahn & Hessen.
