eXp World Holdings hires new GC with experience in global markets
eXp World Holdings Inc., the holding company for real estate cloud startups eXp Realty and eXp World Technologies, has hired James Bramble as its general counsel. He will oversee the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, litigation and compliance matters, and be a key leader on the international expansion team.
Bramble comes to eXp with more than 20 years of legal experience at publicly traded USANA Health Sciences, a direct-selling nutrition, personal health and wellness companies with more than 615,000 active customers around the world. Most recently, as USANA’s chief legal officer, he expanded the company’s operations into new countries including, Colombia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Western Europe.

Bramble holds a Bachelor of Science in political science with a minor in Spanish from The University of Utah. He received his Juris Doctor from The University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
