Twist Bioscience appoints Dennis Cho as Svp & general counsel 

Twist Bioscience Corporation, a company enabling customers to succeed through its offering of synthetic DNA using its silicon platform, has appointed Dennis Cho (pictured) as senior vice president, general counsel and chief ethics and compliance officer.  

Cho brings more than 25 years of corporate legal experience, most of which has been in the biotech industry. He was most recently assistant general counsel at Cytomx Therapeutics. Prior to that, Cho was the lead transactional attorney and executive director at Seattle Genetics. He also served for nine years at Celgene Corporation as the lead West Coast transactional attorney. During his career, Cho held multiple high importance roles at a number of private companies, including, Abraxis BioScience, Hythiam, Image Entertainment, WorldWinner and Iwin.com. He started practicing law in 1995 at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft and later joined O’Melveny & Myers.
