Flores is working with the company to find her replacement and ensure a smooth transition, Pinterest said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday.

She has been a valued member of the executive team for over five years and truly dedicated to her work as Pinterest’s general counsel, managing our legal, compliance and public policy teams.”

Flores joined Pinterest in May 2017 from Google, where she spent nearly a decade and was last vice president of legal, leading a team of about 100 lawyers.
