Brandon Ferrick appointed as Injective Labs first ever general counsel
Injective Labs , the world’s first cross-chain protocol built for decentralised finance applications, has appointed Brandon Ferrick (pictured) as its first general counsel. Injective labs has received backing from Mark Cuban and the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange.
Ferrick’s experience covers digital asset exchanges and token projects, as well as negotiating m&a transactions and venture capital investments. He joins Injective Labs from Sullivan & Cromwell, where he served as an associate for 2 years. Prior to that, he was a legal extern at Dunkin- Brands. Ferrick started his legal career as a judicial intern at the federal district courthouse and later joined Sullivan & Cromwell for a summer associate role.
