McDonald’s has named Angela Steele as its U.S. general counsel
McDonald’s has confirmed its acting U.S. general counsel Angela Steele (pictured) will be taking up the role full-time. The promotion took effect on September 1st. Steele will report directly to general counsel Desiree Ralls–Morrison.
Steele served as acting U.S. general counsel since October 2020, while also working as managing counsel for the marketing and intellectual property legal team. She joined McDonald’s in 2011 and has held several in-house roles including general counsel of Latin America. Earlier in her career, Steele was an associate at Greenberg Traurig and Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson.
