Atria Wealth Solutions, a wealth management solutions holding company, further expands its leadership team with the appointment of Amanda Candelmo Hawley (pictured) as managing director & general counsel. In this executive management role, Hawley will drive the strategic direction and management of the legal, regulatory and compliance functions of Atria and its subsidiary broker-dealers. Hawley reports to Doug Ketterer, ceo and founding partner of Atria, and joins Atria’s executive committee and the executive committee of each subsidiary broker-dealer.
Hawley brings to the firm over two decades of experience managing all aspects of litigation, risk and compliance matters in the independent broker-dealer and investment advisor space. She joins Atria from LPL Financial, where she most recently served as senior vice president and associate general counsel in the Regulatory Strategy and Special Investigations Unit. Hawley started her legal career practicing law at Morrison Mahoney for 7 years. She later joined LPL Financial as SVP – associate counsel for almost 15 years until 2013 and worked as an independent consultant for a while before returning back to LPL Financial in 2015.
