Ada Guidotti Finkel, new general counsel for Access Healthcare Services

Access Healthcare Services, a provider of healthcare revenue cycle and technology has appointed of Ada Guidotti Finkel (pictured) as general counsel. 

Finkel will be responsible for managing Access Healthcare’s legal and regulatory matters. She brings extensive experience in outsourcing, software licensing, strategic business ventures, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance working with the healthcare, financial services, and technology industries. 

Before joining Access Healthcare, Finkel worked was with Ernst & Young as assistant general counsel, where she assisted in transforming its managed services offering across all services lines. Prior to that, Finkel practiced law at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, where she assisted clients with pursuit strategies and RFPs to procure various technology and commercial services. During her career, Finkel served as senior corporate counsel at athenahealth; counsel advisor at Dell and as pursuit consultant at Deloitte. She started her legal career as a summer law clerk at the general counsel’s office for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services. She later joined Korde & Associates as a contract attorney.
